Staff middleman
Middleman transactions are coordinated by verified OTP staff in a private room. Each stage is marked manually and recorded in the room log, so both sides can see exactly where the trade stands. You must be signed in with Discord and verified in the OTP server to open a request.
Open a middleman request
Any verified OTP member starts a request from a listing or from the Middleman page, adding the trade details, the amount and who the other party is.
A private room is created
The request gets a reference like MM-12345 and a private room only you, the other trader and OTP staff can read.
Staff claim the request
Middleman staff see the open queue and claim it. The room shows both profiles, the listing, the amount and the fee before anything moves.
Payment and goods are staged
The middleman moves the room through each stage manually — buyer payment pending, payment confirmed, item delivery pending, buyer confirmation pending — and every change is logged in the room.
Trade closes or goes to dispute
The room ends as completed, cancelled, refunded or disputed. Disputes stay open for staff review with the full message history intact.
Vouches unlock
Once a room is completed, both sides can leave a verified vouch tied to the room reference, which counts toward reputation and star rating.

Estimated fees are shown before a transaction begins. Admins can change every tier.
