Trade terms

Account Sales Terms & Conditions (TOS)
  • (1) Ownership & Origin
We are not the original owners (OO) of the accounts sold unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • (2) Real World Trading (RWT) & Game Sanctions
Buying and selling accounts violates Jagex’s game rules regarding Real World Trading (RWT). We have no control over how Jagex detects or enforces sanctions, and we hold zero influence over game-side bans, locks, or disables applied post-sale.
  • (3) Recovery Guarantee and Post-Sale Liability
We provide a guarantee solely against the account being recovered by the original owner. We are not responsible for bans, locks, disables, or penalties imposed on the account after the sale, regardless of the reason (e.g., macroing, botting history, RWT, or previous service history).
  • (4) Post-Sale Account Security
Buyers are required to take steps to secure the account immediately after purchase. We are not liable for accounts compromised due to the buyer's failure to secure them.
  • (5) Refund & Final Sale Policy
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless explicitly agreed upon prior to purchase.
  • (6) Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in any trade or transaction with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full
